This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about food and customer satisfaction. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and provide top-notch service while communicating fluently in Romanian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
• Provide detailed information on menu items, nutritional information, and promotional offers.
• Assist customers with order placements, adjustments, and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Resolve customer complaints with a focus on providing prompt and satisfactory solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about food trends and product offerings to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
