Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, insurance information, and patient support via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
• Assist patients in understanding their coverage options, scheduling appointments, and managing their healthcare needs.
• Resolve issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on healthcare policies, services, and relevant industry changes to provide current information.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the healthcare sector, is preferred.
