This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers. As a member of our dynamic team, you will assist clients in planning their travels, making reservations, and resolving any inquiries related to their hospitality experience in Romanian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding travel arrangements, accommodations, and tourism services via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
• Provide information on destinations, activities, and promotions to enhance customer experiences.
• Assist with booking processes, changes, and cancellations of reservations and services.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Stay informed about hospitality trends and service offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or tourism, is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with booking systems and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
