Job Description - Romanian Speaking Customer Service for Media & Entertainment industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Romanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about media services and providing excellent customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and help them navigate their entertainment options in a dynamic and engaging environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries related to media services, subscriptions, and entertainment content via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
  • Assist customers with account management, including subscription adjustments, troubleshooting, and service inquiries.
  • Provide information about new releases, available features, and promotional offers in the media and entertainment sector.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and aim for high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and effective follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline service delivery and address customer needs.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, popular content, and company offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the media or entertainment industry, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and familiarity with digital media services.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
