In this position, you will assist customers and healthcare professionals with inquiries about pharmaceutical products, ensuring they receive the necessary information and support in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, including dosage information, side effects, and availability via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and product information to provide relevant support.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
