This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in real estate. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing essential support and information in Romanian, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to real estate services, property listings, and rental agreements via phone, email, and live chat in Romanian.
• Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and availability.
• Assist clients with the home-buying or renting process, answering any questions they may have.
• Resolve issues and complaints swiftly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM databases accordingly.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to provide timely updates to clients.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and property developments to offer informed advice to customers.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and provide exceptional customer support.
