Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding social media features, account management, and community guidelines via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
• Assist users in troubleshooting issues related to their accounts and content sharing.
• Provide clear guidance on platform policies, ensuring users understand community standards.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with social media teams to address concerns and improve user experience.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and features to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the social media or technology sectors.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to resolve issues creatively and effectively, maintaining a positive user experience.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities is highly desirable.
