Job Description - Romanian Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Romanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the telecommunications industry. This position is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in Romanian with a variety of telecommunications inquiries, ensuring they receive top-notch service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
  • Assist customers with account setup, billing issues, and service modifications effectively.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, promotions, and service availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to assist customers more effectively.
  • Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
