Romanian Speaking Junior Content Moderation

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content (text, images, videos) to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations.
• Provide feedback and support to users when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve content quality and moderation processes.

Qualifications:

• Languages Required: Romanian (C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
