We are currently looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive, and friendly member to join our team as a Sales Manager in Tuscaloosa, AL or the surrounding areas.
This position is a Sales Team Leader is someone that trains and builds a team while simultaneously achieving their own sales. The job will require daily communication, training, building and leading a team of motivates Roof Consultants. The teams will generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, running in house leads, and other networking opportunities. The Sale team lead is responsible by leading by example, building a strong culture, and keeping the team on track to hit the required goals and beyond. This is a salary plus commission-based job along with monthly team bonus.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for collecting payments, managing customers, consulting with customers about roofing options, and inspecting roofs to identify damage. You will also have the responsibility of building and leading a sales team. This will require leadership skills, weekly meetings, daily calls, and on job training with reps. You will be the face of our company and ensure customer satisfaction!
