Job Description - Roof Inspector/Sales - Rewarding Work

Our Sales Inspectors will enjoy a steady flow of pre-qualified, confirmed sales appointments. You will be making in-home presentations with pre-qualified leads who have expressed interest in exterior remodeling (Roofing, gutters and attic insulation). Our Sales Inspectors will facilitate a decision-making process with their clients by proposing solutions and asking for the sale. Motivated Sales Inspectors will be rewarded with an unlimited earning potential which includes uncapped commission. On average our Inspectors sell eight jobs a month and earn over 100K annually.

You will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package on the first of the month following your 60 days of employment. What You’ll Get

  • Comprehensive training during your first weeks of employment followed by individual mentoring from our Sales manager. You will master simple processes and proven strategies, to position yourself for financial success.
  • LEADS… Confirmed pre-set appointments throughout the work week (on average two appointments per day)

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Rep will guide client from the initial renovation consultation phase through finalizing and signing a contract though a one call close
  • Sales Reps will develop home improvement plans, estimate bath materials, and labor costs to create a bath remodel/refresh pricing proposal
  • Reps will communicate with client and various internal departments throughout the lifecycle of the bath renovation project

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience selling roofing projects
  • Previous business to consumer type of sales experience a plus
  • You are a recent college graduate, a military veteran, or a candidate with at least 2 years real-world experience (customer service, retail, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow and adhere to our bath remodel/refresh sales methodology which includes scripts
  • Technologically experienced in using an iPad
  • Excellent communication skills, impressive motivation, and a desire to assist others through a remodel/refresh process
  • A valid driver’s license with good driving record, certificate of auto liability insurance and a reliable vehicle to travel to bath remodel/refresh sales appointments in the greater Chicagoland area
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without accommodations
