• Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within set deadlines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulations on all job sites.

• Provide written estimates of potential repair/install work to customer

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in roofing and exterior home repair.
• Strong knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques.
• Ability to assess and troubleshoot roofing problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to producing high-quality work.
