Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on residential roofs, including leak detection and resolution.
• Assess roofing issues and provide appropriate solutions to customers.
• Install roofing materials with an emphasis on quality and safety.
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners regarding project scope, timeline, and progress.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good working order.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Complete work orders and collect payments upon job completion.
• Provide written estimates for potential repairs and installations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in roofing, siding, windows, and door installation and repair.
• Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and materials.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot roofing issues.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights safely.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
