As a Roof Repair Technician, you will be responsible for assessing, repairing, and maintaining roofs, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform roof inspections to identify damage and needed repairs.
• Carry out roofing repairs using hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Communicate with clients to explain repair solutions and project timelines.
• Adhere to safety standards and local building codes while on the job site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in training and mentoring new technicians as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in roofing, with a focus on residential properties.
• Proficient in identifying roofing issues, offering effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100 lbs).
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
