Roof Repair Technician

About the Role:

As a Repair Technician, you’ll be responsible for completing residential roof repairs with precision, efficiency, and professionalism. On a typical day you’ll:

• Visit several homes to perform roofing repairs each day
• Ensure all work meets On Tops Roofing’s standards and manufacturer best practices
• Document repairs with before-and-after photos and job notes
• Communicate with the sales and production teams to keep projects moving smoothly
• Maintain safety and professionalism on every jobsite

This is not a desk job. You’ll spend your days in the field, meeting homeowners, climbing roofs, and completing repairs, while also being the face of On Tops in the community.

• Experience with residential roofing systems (shingle and flat roof knowledge preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to do great work
• Willingness to learn more about roofing and construction
• Hands-on skills to complete roof repair tasks safely and effectively
• Comfortable using technology (tablet, phone apps, or software) to prepare quotes and document jobs
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
