Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain various types of commercial roofing systems including flat roofs, metal roofs, and low-slope roofs.


2. Conduct inspections to assess roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.


3. Work safely and efficiently at heights while adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.


4. Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines and quality standards.


5. Utilize tools and equipment effectively to perform roofing tasks accurately.


6. Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in commercial roofing is required.


2. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.


3. Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment.


4. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.


5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


7. OSHA certification is a plus.
