Now Hiring: Exterior Estimator & Project Manager – Servpro

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 (Base + Commission) + BENEFITS

Are you an experienced roofing and siding professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role? Servpro is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and team-focused Exterior Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing exterior reconstruction projects from start to finish while putting your roofing, siding, and exterior restoration expertise to work. You’ll work closely with insurance carriers, clients, and our in-house team to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget.

What You’ll Do

Oversee exterior reconstruction projects including roofing, siding, and related repairs

Utilize Xactimate, Simbility, and other estimating platforms to scope and estimate projects

Manage projects from initial inspection through completion with a hands-on approach

Work directly with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and vendors to keep communication seamless

Lead by example, motivating your team to deliver exceptional service and craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For

5+ years experience in roofing, siding, or exterior reconstruction

Strong estimating skills (Xactimate experience preferred, training available if new)

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Hard-working, accountable, and motivated to grow within the restoration industry
