Job Overview

As a Commercial Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems. You will work on a range of roofing materials while ensuring all work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
• Remove and replace old or damaged roofing materials
• Work with materials such as metal, asphalt, slate, and other commercial systems
• Measure, cut, and secure roofing materials accurately
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Follow OSHA safety standards and job site regulations
• Ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate with team members and supervisors on project progress

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Commercial Roofing experience required
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods
• Ability to work in various weather and elevated environments
