Roofer - Collaborative Environment

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year of professional roofing experience, residential and/or commercial
• Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed quotes based on customers' specific needs and job requirements
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments
• Identify and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
• Deliver excellent customer service and high-quality roofing work
• Complete jobs efficiently and effectively per the agreed upon scope of work
• Communicate professionally with customers through the platform

Supplies & Equipment: You must have your own professional-grade supplies and equipment, including but not limited to:

• Ladders, scaffolding, and fall protection gear
• Roofing tools (hammers, nail guns, pry bars, utility knives, etc.)
• Roofing materials (shingles, underlayment, flashing, etc.)
• Safety gear (hard hats, gloves, work boots, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Licensing & Insurance:

• Valid contractor's license (where required)
• General liability insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance (if applicable)
