Position Summary – Roofing Advisor (Sales Professional)

As a Roofing Advisor, you’ll combine your communication skills, drive to succeed, and customer-focused approach to help homeowners solve their roofing needs. We provide the leads, you provide the solutions.

Responsibilities

Present roofing solutions to homeowners in a professional, consultative manner.

Serve customers by identifying needs and recommending the right products and services.

Establish and maintain customer relationships.

Close sales.

Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively represent the company.

Submit activity and results reports to management as required.

Help resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and offering solutions.

Contribute to team success by collaborating and sharing insights.

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License (required).

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong communication skills; ability to engage confidently with homeowners.

Basic computer skills (CRM use and reporting).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
