Job Description - Roofing & Exterior Sales Rep

We are seeking an Outside Storm Sales Professional to join our team! You will work directly with property owners who sustain damage to their homes. This is a full time and year round position as insurance claim work typically has a 1 year claim service period.

Responsibilities:

Inspect homes for exterior damage

Assist and educate homeowners on the claims process

Meet with insurance adjusters to review damage found

Create a professional rapport with existing and potential customers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service as it pertains to the roofing trade

Familiarity with steep and low slope roof applications

Computer knowledge

Ability to work independently

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to climb ladders and get on a roof

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
