Join Our Dynamic Sales Team

We are seeking experienced home sales representatives to join our team and sell home improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about helping homeowners enhance their living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

· Self-generate leads in areas that may have storm or weather damage.

· Conduct detailed home inspections to identify the issue and offer a solution.

· Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential customers.

· Explain the benefits and features of various home improvement products and services.

· Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and repeat business.

· Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Qualifications

· Proven track record in home sales.
· Previous experience working with insurance claims is a must.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Highly motivated and results-driven

· Valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits
