We're seeking a driven Closer to join our expanding team! This is an ideal role for individuals eager to kickstart a lucrative sales career, offering competitive pay, hands-on training, and excellent benefits.

What You’ll Get:

Employment Type: W-2
- Starting Salary @ $39,000
  - 10% Commission on deals
- Once performance is proven:
  - Promotion Salary @ $100,000
    - 3% Commission on deals

Uncapped Selling Structure:
- 3% Minimum Commission on Every Close

After 6 week probation period:
- Paid Time Off: 14 days
- Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance

What We Need From You:

Proven sales track record of 2+ years with verifiable references

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Proven ability to exceed sales targets

Must be based in or willing to relocate/commute to Dickson, TN

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation Required

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Capitalizing on company-provided appointments to drive sales success
- Attending adjuster meetings so that insurance approves claim
- Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
- Achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Establishing and cultivating vendor partnerships
