Since 1986, we’ve specialized in premium historic roofing services, restoring and protecting some of the region’s most significant homes, churches, and landmark buildings.
We are known for our business integrity, roofing ingenuity, and commitment to craftsmanship — and we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Roofing Estimator to join our team.

Why This Role Matters
Our projects are not “standard roof replacements.” Many involve historic slate and tile systems that require careful evaluation, thoughtful planning, and an understanding of proper repair versus replacement methods.
As an Estimator, you will be the bridge between our clients and our production teams — assessing conditions, identifying solutions, and ensuring projects are set up for success from the very beginning.
Your expertise directly impacts project quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners, churches, and property managers to evaluate roofing needs
Conduct roof inspections (including ladder work and steep-slope access)
Identify repair vs. replacement solutions for slate and tile roofing systems
Prepare detailed, accurate, and profitable estimates
Clearly communicate scope of work and recommendations to clients
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
Travel occasionally between service areas as needed

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in slate or tile roofing (field experience strongly preferred)
Estimating or sales experience in roofing or construction is a plus
Strong understanding of roofing systems and best practices
Ability to climb ladders and access roofs safely
Valid driver’s license (4 points or fewer for insurance qualification)
Ability to carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
Willingness to travel occasionally and work overtime when needed
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
Ability to pass a background check
