What you'll do:

• Build Strong Relationships: Connect with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. This involves direct interaction with homeowners and business owners through canvassing and door-to-door visits.
• Become a Roofing Expert: Learn the ins and outs of roofing and exterior services, becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. Knowledge is your greatest asset.
• Close Deals with Confidence: Master the art of sales, closing deals that benefit both you and our company. You’ll get leads, but it’s your drive that will create the real opportunities.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 10am-7pm

Some Saturdays 9am-3pm

Pay:
Training Pay
Base pay + Commission 

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Competitive, winning attitude – must want to be #1!
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
• Extraordinary people skills and relationship-building abilities
• Problem-solving skills and results-oriented
• Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
• Organizational and time management skills
• Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating computer and phone apps
• Positive attitude, proactive, and learning-based
• Basic construction and math knowledge
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug tests
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk on roofs, and perform typical construction tasks in various weather conditions
