Roofing Laborer

What You'll be Doing:

• 
  
  Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
  
  


• 
  
  Assist with tear-off, material handling, and roof installation
  
  


• 
  
  Set up and use equipment safely (ladders, scaffolding, tools)
  
  


• 
  
  Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
  
  


• 
  
  Work outdoors with a team on active construction projects
  
  


• 
  
  Follow safety procedures and quality standards

  Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions

  Ability to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally and stay physically active

  Construction or roofing experience is a plus (but not required)

  Must be 18+ and able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  
  


• 
  
  Foreman or leadership-level experience = higher pay opportunities
