Requirements to Apply

• Must be 21 years or older
• Previous roofing repair experience required
• Valid driver's license required

What You'll Do

• Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, and wear and tear
• Repair and maintain roofs, including replacing shingles, repairing flashing, and sealing leaks
• Install new roofing materials following safety and quality standards
• Work with the service team to schedule and prioritize repair jobs
• Explain repair options to customers and provide excellent service
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Saturdays and weekends as needed
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days
• Paid time off (PTO) accrual after 30 days
• 401(k) eligibility after 6 months

• Prior roofing repair and maintenance experience
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to lift heavy objects, work at heights over 5 feet, and access tight spaces
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Flexible schedule availability
