Roofing Repair Salesperson

On Tops Roofing is looking for a Repair Salesperson to join our team and help homeowners protect their homes with timely, professional roof repairs.

About the Role:

As a Roof Salesperson, you’ll be the trusted expert homeowners meet when they need roof repairs. On a typical day you’ll:

·         Visit several homes to inspect and diagnose roofing issues

·         Capture photos and details to create accurate repair records

·         Prepare and present repair estimates using our standardized price book

·         Explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners in clear, simple terms

·         Follow up with customers to answer questions and secure job approval

·         Coordinate with our production team to ensure a smooth handoff for repair completion

This is not a desk job. You’ll spend your days in the field, meeting homeowners, climbing roofs, and preparing estimates, while also being the face of On Tops in the community.

Qualifications:

• Experience with residential roofing systems (shingle and flat roof knowledge preferred)
• An outgoing personality and desire to help people (sales experience preferred not required)
• Ability to diagnose roof issues and communicate solutions clearly to homeowners
• Comfortable using technology (tablet, phone apps, or software) to prepare quotes and document jobs
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism

Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
