Position Overview:

The Roofing Repair Technician plays a crucial role in executing various types of roofing repairs in our Repairs and Warranty Department. Your expertise and attention to detail contributes to the high-quality workmanship and exceptional service that our company is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and assessments of roofs to identify issues and determine appropriate repair methods.
• Perform roof repairs including but not limited to shingle replacement, flashing repairs, and patching leaks.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options, timelines, and costs.
• Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of roof repair experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Knowledge of various types of roofs and roofing materials.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Professionalism and commitment to quality workmanship.
