THE GOAL 

Flagstone Roofing & Exteriors is expanding, and we need a market leader. We aren't looking for someone to "try out" sales; we are looking for a Trailblazer to dominate the Austin area. If you feel held back by a normal salary and want to earn what you are truly worth, this is your spot.

THE WORK 

As a Field Representative, you operate like an entrepreneur. You will find your own leads, canvass neighborhoods, inspect roofs for storm damage, and guide homeowners through the sales process. We handle the production and the billing—you focus on winning the deal.
