Roofing Sales Consultant

Are you a motivated, goal-driven individual looking to build a rewarding career in sales? We’re looking for a Roofing Sales Consultant to join our Residential Roof Replacement team. You’ll work with warm leads generated by our office, develop your own referral network, and help homeowners protect what matters most — their homes.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle for residential roof replacement projects.
• Collaborate with customers, internal staff, and roofing crews to ensure a seamless installation experience.
• Document all sales activities using our internal software.
• Attend team sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Contribute to departmental sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:  Sales experience preferred (1–3 years). Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Tech Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Traits:  Self-starter, driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Additional:  Valid NC driver’s license with clean record. Must pass random drug screenings.

Education & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Construction, roofing, or scheduling/management experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 (DOE)
Commission Potential: $40,000+ (uncapped)
Total Earning Potential: $75,000 – $150,000+ annually

• Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
