Estimated Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year (Base + Commission)

SERVPRO of Corpus Christi East is seeking a motivated and personable Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you're driven by results, enjoy helping people, and want to build a stable, high-income career, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers through canvassing, referrals, inbound leads, and networking.

Roof Inspections: Conduct exterior roof assessments to identify damage or replacement needs.

Customer Consultations: Educate homeowners and commercial clients on roofing systems, materials, and service options.

Estimating & Proposal Generation: Use company software to prepare accurate estimates and present customized roofing solutions.

Sales Closure: Follow up with clients, handle objections professionally, and close deals with confidence and integrity.

Project Coordination: Communicate with internal project managers to ensure smooth handoff and excellent customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with past clients to generate reviews, referrals, and repeat business.

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or home services is a plus)

Strong people skills with the ability to build trust quickly

Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders when necessary

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable

Basic tech skills (CRM tools, mobile estimating apps)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must be local to or willing to relocate to the Corpus Christi area
