Job Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will:
Generate Leads through referrals and reviews.
Inspect Properties and meet with insurance adjusters.
Close Sales on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting projects (residential and commercial).
Educate Homeowners on exterior restoration solutions.
Maintain Relationships with customers and third parties.
Use Technology to manage customer data, feedback, and reviews.
No Roofing Experience? No Problem.

Location and Travel Requirements
This position is based in Franklin, TN, and our service territory covers a 30-mile radius around this location. Applicants must reside in Middle Tennessee and be willing to travel within our local service area daily.
Only local candidates will be considered.
Out-of-state applicants need not apply.
Qualifications
3+ Years of Sales Experience: Direct customer-facing experience preferred.
Personable & Organized: Build relationships and manage time effectively.
Comfortable on Roofs: Not afraid of heights!
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Good Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required.
