Roofing Sales Representative

Roofing Sales Rep: Salary + Commission or Full Commission

Garcia Roofing is hiring sales reps to sell roofs and run the jobs they sell, from the first knock to the final walkthrough.

Compensation

• Expect to earn $70K to $120K+ a year.
• Choose salary plus commission, or full commission with higher rates. Neither plan has a cap.
• Reroofs pay on gross profit, and repairs pay on the ticket price.
• Full Commission reps get $500 a week in training pay for their first 8 weeks.
• Drive an approved personal truck and get a $500 monthly vehicle allowance plus a higher commission rate.

The Job

• Inspect, measure, and estimate residential roofs.
• Meet with homeowners, present options, and close sales.
• Follow up on every lead and customer.
• Manage every job you sell through completion as the homeowner's main contact.
• Keep your notes and updates current in our CRM.
• Canvass door to door and help operations when things are slower.

You Need

• To be comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors.
• Strong follow-up habits and good organization.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• No experience, because we train you.

Background check and drug screen required.
