Job Description: As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for Hoosier Roofing & Exteriors. You will leverage your sales expertise and industry knowledge to educate customers on our roofing products and services, build strong relationships, and close deals. This role offers a competitive base salary of $30,000 plus commission, providing you with the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of customer roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Present and demonstrate roofing products and services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
4. Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts for potential projects.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure profitable deals.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and installation crews, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets, goals, and KPIs set by management.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of success in roofing or construction sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
2. Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
5. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
