WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Roofing Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to our services and qualifying leads for inspection.

Your day-to-day:

• Knock doors in storm-affected areas
• Build rapport and set inspection appointments
• Qualify homeowners and submit lead info
• Learn from closers and get real-time coaching
• Attend weekly team huddles and trainings
• Hit daily and weekly performance targets
