Janney Roofing’s Roofing Service Technicians provide our customers with exceptional customer service by bringing experience and problem-solving skills to each and every customer. Do you want to be on the road helping lead installations/repairs for roofing, gutters, and siding for our customers? Are you comfortable working on ladders in any weather condition? Can you lift 100 lbs and have some construction experience? If you have answered yes, then Janney Roofing is awaiting your resume.
An Average Day
You will receive emails from your manager daily about your on-site jobs with location information and any details about the job to be performed. These jobs can be large installations, minor carpentry, power washing, staining & painting (just to name a few). The assignments and job locations are varied so every day will be a little bit different.
After one year, you will know you were successful if:
- You have shown an ability to supervise others on how to install/repair roofing, gutters, and sidings per code and manufacturer specifications
- You can interact with Janney Roofing customers in a professional manner and achieve/maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- You have contributed to a positive and fair team environment and shown drive to become the best at installation
- You have maintained your company provided vehicle and tools
You’re a particularly good fit for this position if:
- You have great attention to detail, the ability to problem solve. You have the ability to work independently, have the ability to multitask, and can prioritize.
- You can work outside in all weather conditions and are comfortable working on ladders in inclement weather conditions.
- You must be able to lift 100 lbs. and not be afraid of heights.
- You have prior experience with roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.

$30 - $35 an hour
Work Location: Mainly in Orlando, FL and need ability to travel between different cities.
