Sheraton Galleria, Atlanta is a beautifully renovated hotel, ideally located just minutes from Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves. With 278 rooms and 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting and conference space, our hotel provides a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers. Boasting modern amenities, stylish design, and an unbeatable location near one of the city’s most exciting sports and entertainment hubs, we offer a unique experience for our guests. 

Are you passionate about cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for guests? We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our team in a newly renovated, vibrant setting! Your attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction will help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for every guest.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and refresh guest rooms, ensuring they meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
     
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities to enhance guest comfort.
     
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways and common areas.
     
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
     
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment for guests and staff.
     
  • Assist guests with special requests to enhance their stay.

Requirements

  • Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is a plus. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within established cleaning procedures.
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
  • Additional language ability preferred
  • CPR and first aid training preferred
