Room Attendant

Our client, a beautiful hotel located in Evanston, IL, is seeking dedicated and motivated Housekeeper/Room Attendants to join our team in delivering unparalleled service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. 

As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment.

$16.00/hr - Paid Weekly

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture.


• Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities ensuring they are always stocked and presented beautifully.
  


• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping manager.


• Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.


• Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and inquiries.


• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.


• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve daily cleaning targets and maintain a high standard of service.

Housekeeper Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending.


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  


• Knowledge of English language.


• High school degree.
