What You’ll Do

As a Room Attendant at Graduate by Hilton Tempe, you’ll keep guest rooms spotless, comfortable, and ready—so every stay starts strong.

Key responsibilities include cleaning and resetting rooms to brand standards; making beds, changing linens, restocking amenities, and removing trash; sanitizing bathrooms and high-touch areas; communicating maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items quickly; and following safety guidelines while using cleaning chemicals properly.

Required skills/qualifications:
- Dependable attendance and a helpful, team-first mindset
- Ability to stay on your feet and lift/push typical housekeeping equipment
- Strong attention to detail and respect for guest privacy
- Openness to learning and coaching
