Room Attendant (Housekeeping) | Full-Time

Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Room Attendant and help create clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest experiences. This is a fast-paced, active role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys staying busy.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Flexible (Primarily Mornings, Weekends & Holidays required)
• Department: Housekeeping / Hospitality

What You’ll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms to established standards (linen changes, vacuuming, dusting)
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including restocking towels and amenities
• Replenish guest room supplies to maintain brand standards
• Report maintenance issues and needed repairs promptly
• Turn in lost and found items according to procedure
• Update room status as cleaning is completed
• Maintain organized storage areas and return equipment after use
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
• Respond to guest requests and communicate feedback to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Availability for morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally

Work Environment

• Indoor, high-volume hospitality setting
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Moderate noise level
• Physically active, fast-paced role
