Room Inspector (Hotel)

As a Room Inspector, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring that all rooms and public areas meet our hotel's standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect rooms and suites to ensure they are cleaned and comply with hotel standards
- Complete reports and verify status reports
- Report clean suites to the hotel front desk or load them into automated property management systems
- Monitor the lost and found program
- Maintain stock rooms and carts with proper supplies
- Assist in maintaining supplies, inventory, schedules, and associates counseling
Supportive Functions:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including information about hotel services, activities, and local attractions
- Promote team member loyalty and empowerment
- Perform other duties as requested
Other Duties:
- Assimilate into the Holiday Inn & Suites culture through understanding, supporting, and participating in all elements of corporate policies
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards
- Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules.
