Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced, professional Salon Receptionist who works well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to multi-task and work as part of a team. Experience in the Salon or Beauty industry is preferred but not necessary!

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and answer their questions.

Answer the telephone and direct calls based on their nature.

File papers, maintain records and accounts.

Enter appointments into a computer.

Maintain the salon schedule for each stylist and make sure it's up-to-date.

Make appointments for the stylists.

Deliver messages to stylists about scheduled appointments or other information.

Assist customers with selecting hair products.

Be cordial and friendly to all customers.

Hourly Salary Range : $18.00 - $20.00

Qualifications:

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Refined verbal and written communication skills.
