Bosch is looking for candidates for its Rotational Development Program (RDP). 

This 24-month program is tailored to Bachelor and Masters' candidates and is designed to provide professional and leadership opportunities within Bosch’s Power Solutions (PS) division. The RDP consists of four customized rotations, allowing you to gain experience working within diverse teams and environments.

Additionally, you will be paired with an executive mentor for professional coaching and career guidance, as well as a peer mentor to help you navigate the program.

You will also have the chance to participate in structured networking events and targeted training to enhance your leadership exposure.

The home base and first-rotation will be located at Bosch’s Waltham Engineering Center in Waltham, Massachusetts; subsequent rotations will include Bosch locations in a variety of domestic and international locations.

Required:

• BS degree in mechanical, aeronautical, or ocean engineering.
• One or more years of relevant work or internship experience, including laboratory or equivalent hands-on experience.

Desired:

• Hands-on approach with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and self-starter attitude.
• Knowledge of part design and testing,
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Knowledge of CAD, FEA, injection molding, machining, and computer programming
