Rotational Nanny- Delray Beach, Florida

Our client is seeking a warm, experienced, and highly organized Rotational Nanny to join their household team in caring for two young children, ages 1 and 2. The family maintains residences in New York City, Delray Beach, and the Midwest, and travels frequently between the three locations. The ideal candidate will be based in either NYC or Delray Beach, possess strong experience with toddlers, and demonstrate flexibility, discretion, and a proactive attitude. This is a live-in role when traveling with the family and live-out when based locally (NYC/ Delray Beach depending on the nanny’s home location).  

Responsibilities: 

• Provide attentive and nurturing care to two children 

• Plan and engage in age-appropriate developmental activities 

• Maintain a structured and stimulating daily routine 

• Handle meal preparation and feeding for the children 

• Assist with nap schedules and bedtime routines 

• Pack, organize, and manage children’s belongings when traveling 

• Maintain a safe and clean environment 

• Frequent travel with the family  

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience caring for toddlers in a private home 

• Based in either New York City or Delray Beach 

• Comfortable with frequent travel  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Excellent references from previous families 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

Schedule: Rotating 4 days per week, 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (48 hours per week) 

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year
