Rotomolding Associate - 1st shift (6AM-2PM)

Description

The rotomolding associate is responsible for supporting the rotational molding process on the production floor. This includes weighing out powder resin, trimming products, and finishing plastic products. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with team members.

Essential Functions

• Filling buckets with the correct weight and mixtures of premixed powder resin
• Receive/lift products from platform, and conduct initial inspection for quality assurance
• Trim, deburr, and remove any excess material on product
• Conduct secondary processes as needed

Qualifications/ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work with a team and exercised good judgment in decision making
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Skilled in the use of various power, hand tools, and trimming knifes
• Dependable and Reliable worker
• Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
• Frequently lift 50 lbs or more
• Standing on feet for an extended period of time
