Route Delivery Driver 

Culligan Water Conditioning is currently seeking an individual with driving and delivery experience to work as a route driver. This position is responsible for delivering bottled water, water softener salt, and other water filtration products. 

The route driver performs deliveries along a specific route for residential and commercial customers ranging from 25-60 stops per day within a 30 mile radius. Driver will handle delinquent accounts that are part of their route. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers. Routes are in a designated area and this is not an OTR driving position. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Delivering products in an efficient and timely manner


• Load and unload route truck daily


• Educating existing customers and new customers on our products and services


• Use a map or smart device to locate stops and become familiar with delivery territories


• Handling customer issues, complaints, and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service


• Following all safety protocols and company regulations


• Maintaining company vehicles and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED


• 3 months related experience


• Current valid driver's license ** Delivery vehicles are 21,000 lbs, C-Class Non-CDL License will be required. 


• Must be insurable under our commercial insurance carrier 

Professional Skills:

• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols along with a strong sense of timeliness and organization


• Strong customer service skills

Special Consideration:

• Must be able to lift/transport up to 50 lbs.


• Position will be paid hourly for training and then base plus commission on product delivered


• This position is NOT an over the road truck driver position. 25-60 residential/commercial stops per day, very physical position.
