Route Driver

S&S Truck Tire is a leading provider of products and services to trucking companies and related industries, serving Lexington, KY and surrounding markets. We are seeking to add an experienced DRIVER to our commercial team. This position requires recent DOT driving experience. Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering tires to customers
• Pulling and loading tires
• Assisting in the warehouse after daily deliveries are completed when necessary

Position Includes:

• $17-19/hour or more DOE and qualifications, consistent overtime

Typical Hours: M-F 7:30a-4:30p

• Minimum 1 year verifiable driving experience of a commercial vehicle (over 10,000 lbs)
• Good motor vehicle record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
• Valid driver’s license - in good standing
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to being on time
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to lift tires and orders up to 150 lbs
