Fairfield company looking for route drivers! Drivers are responsible for delivering product to the customers in an efficient and effective manner. The drivers are the first and last impression of the company and therefore must be customer service professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Completes delivery of customer''s orders as outlined by the delivery ticket.
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
- Conveys products and materials from truck to customer''s designated storage areas.
- Follow routes and time schedules.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
- Cherry Picker and Forklift experience
- Complete logs and reports.
- May be requested to work in the warehouse on occasion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of delivery experience
- 21 years of age
- Valid driver''s license
- Clean driving record (must provide a current MVR)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- Meet all FMCSR requirements regarding driver qualification
- Pass physical exam
- Pass road test
Pay is $23-$25 DOE
M-F 10+ Hours/day
