Route Merchandiser

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Route Merchandiser to support the daily execution of merchandising responsibilities for our beverage products across retail accounts. This role plays a key part in maintaining product visibility, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and setting up promotional displays. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to our retail partners.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Visit assigned retail locations daily to merchandise beverage products

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to company planograms and store standards

• Rotate products to ensure freshness and reduce spoilage

• Maintain accurate inventory and report out-of-stock or low-stock items

• Set up promotional displays and signage as needed

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays and storage areas

• Safely operate company or personal vehicle between customer locations

• Report any issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly

• Assist sales team with special promotions or resets as needed

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and route schedules

Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Prior merchandising, grocery, or beverage industry experience preferred

• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks for extended periods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and follow route schedules

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Comfortable using handheld devices or mobile apps for reporting and routing
